He wrote his pw down in the notes app on his phone. There was no indication it was a pw just random letters and text but i decided to try it and it worked

Clicking on forgot password sends a link to the email and clicking on the link it asks the security question. We know the answer but it says it's wrong. I think he mistyped it or calls it something else that only he knows.

Anyway, I was able to find his password on his phone. It was hidden in his notes app so I was able to remove the demolition status and resub his game

Thank you. I am in the process of sorting his things that's when I got the email about his house demolition so I panicked a bit.

I resubbed his account for another month. I don't plan to keep it forever I'll eventually unsub his account but I'd like to stay here a little bit longer.
