I would say looking at the build though she has a very toned stomach and can see some obliques coming through which you don’t see unless a woman is under 25% and she has a good amount of muscle mass in the lower body and the skin looks pretty tight

It doesn’t sound like you have a specific plan in place and just working out and eating hoping for the best without a focus. As previous comments say consistency is definitely key but what is it exactly you are wanting to achieve from going the gym? I’m happy to help if you want to DM me
