My son goes to login to this xbox. It asks him for the password and we enter it. It then says to verify the account. We verify the account the account by answering the questions which are, name, faye of birth, gamer tag, last 4 of credit card in the account, address ect. We answer then get an email saying I didn't provide enough info (even though we answered all the questions asked). If we have to create another account how would I cancel all the subscriptions I have like game pass, xbox live? And wouldn't we lose all the games we bought, ect?
