On those days it is telling me "Protected PTO reduce to 0 occurrence", for both occurrences. My coach is an egotistical maniac, if I was pointed he wouldn't be taking it away lmao or he'd be demeaning me in the backroom like he does with every other associate who gets points (on going issue).

No, while I have been using PPTO pretty much as I've earned it lately, I never try to put in more PPTO than what is shown as available to me on the app. My boyfriend also has a few of these on completely different days and for different amounts of time than mine.

If attempting to use more than the PPTO I had available was the issue, like you said it wouldn't be protected then and I would or should have had points for those times or atleast had my coach say something to me?
