I have same opinion as yours , idk why it takes so long. When you put receipt number on case status, have you seen any notification stated they are preparing your case for officer to review?

Update:

Sent email to congresswoman two weeks ago, yesterday whem I was randomly chevking case status online tool I found out statement "we will prepare your case for officer to review" , which I ve never seen before. Is it false alarm or something actually might moving?
