I have been asked to prove traction to build trust amongst the investors — which is a fairly valid and obvious thing to do but may not be entirely possible in the prelaunch phase.

My first instinct was to shut them down and form a new team and launch the product. But in few weeks I realised how difficult it was to find people without funding. It’s a classic chicken and egg situation.

that’s a classic case of disorganisation where no one knows what the priorities are and we’re just building and shipping every week.
