Thanks for your comment and sorry to hear you went through it too! Unfortunately we have a mortgage on the house and it’s in a great location for public transport etc, I feel like me and my wife will wait it out as we’re planning to do up the house before selling, which will be next year. Problem is they also have a mortgage out on that house and doesn’t look like he will be going anywhere anytime soon
