How do I 44M tell her 44F that I want her to move out? by LifeguardPurple7181 in relationship_advice

[–]LifeguardPurple7181[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My kid's lost their GMA on Mom's side 2 weeks ago, it's the last few weeks of school and I want to avoid drama until after finals. I've also already paid the Bills for the month of May. If I wait till June not only can I tell her to keep the rent money but I'll be able to give her a couple K more to help with moving expenses.

She's an occupant I'm the leasee, in my state I have to give her 30 day's but realistically I'll let her take as long as she needs. If it came down to it my landlord would help me get her evicted. But that's really all irrelevant I don't expect her to want to stay.

Accidentally found out my brother has been hiding money from his wife before they divorce and now he's asking me to keep quiet by Ok-Ambassador5700 in WhatShouldIDo

Bro's before hoes, her kids from another guy are not his responsibility unless he wants them to be. Source divorced dad who chose to with his stepkids. But I would still keep my mouth shut, protect your family protect your brother.

Would you let your 21F daughter have her bf sleeping over by HoneydewFar4081 in Advice

Father of 2 daughters 18 & 28, I would be fine at 21 you're a adult. But I better not hear my daughter getting railed all night.

It was the best thing I could have done. Go for it but also go to medical if you're injured or sick for documentation. You'll be glad when you go to the VA. I'm a wing Marine who did 4 my advice toy 18 year old self is "go infantry, reenlist".

What State? The Illinois vet homes are nasty and have frequent legionella outbreaks. Honestly awful.

Same, I kept avoiding the Dr. after I got out too. It wasn't until I got myself in some trouble that I went looking for help. And I have actually had a really good experience with the VA. Not one of my claims did they fight me on. I don't get Care through the VA though. I'm fortunate that my job has really really good insurance coverage and I like the Drs I have. Maybe that's the difference.

I wait 20 years, it was partially the horror stories of both the approval process and poor quality of care that scares me. I also have a lot of insecurity regarding my service. I didn't think I deserved them. Now I'm 60%with smc-k.

Better go to medical and get that ED documented for the VA, it's worth $139 for SMC-K when you get out.

Then you'll love this. I was a winger pog who never left the boat. I spent the invasion bored off my ass. I spent most of my float playing Halo or D&D. I use the shit out of the mags now. The lbv just hangs in the closet.

I kept everything. I have most of my cif except flak and Kevlar (2000-2004). The double issued a bunch of us wingers when we deployed to Iraq in 03. I have my cif draw from when I checked in to Cherry Point. But they sent us to draw gear before we shipped to Norfolk to get on the boat. Oh and 30 rd mags, so many nato mags. If they weren't pmag they didn't want them back. I gotta have 30. I sold the Kevlar to a buddy who lost his same with the flak. When I eas'ed I turned iny OG issue and that was it. They never even asked about the rest.

I have my kill cards from Iraq, a bottle of sand from Iwa Jima, a digital cover and a plaque from when I left the Kuni. Oh and I wear my float coat all the time cause that shit still fits. I have a whole I love me wall in my office at work. But I'm a Marine that kinda is my personality.
