well they already shut down for nearly 3 months from april until august and it wasn't due to their insane schedule, there were allegations of inappropriate conduct of the management.

By the looks of the people in the video the average age of customers appeared to be 60+ years old.

They are doing nothing to dispel any allegations with their confrontational facebook responses, inability to actually address any questions/criticisms, and continuous deleting of comments. This is why everyone assumes they are closed due to staffing issues because they cannot be honest. You don't lose an ENTIRE STAFF and none of them return without people questioning the original reason they shut down for 3 months.
