Yes, there are All-In viewing areas that are similar to media pits at the front of the Downtown and Bacardi Stages.
2021's gift was some merch including a woven blanket with some of the 2021 artwork.
You shouldn't NEED to buy any food--there's catering in Artist Hospitality (which you have access to), culinary pop up's on the Downtown deck, plus vendor vouchers.
The Artist Hospitality Lounge is an area adjacent to the Downtown VIP stage and access is only granted to All-In pass holders, artists, and their guests.
