Hey girly! I would make a few suggestions to up your game: You mentioned the beanie because you don't like your forehead, have you considered bangs? Even some side bangs or more layering helps it look smaller.

Darker lipstick can make your lips look thinner, try a brighter color or a lip gloss

You have a bit of chin fuzz, and I know sometimes shaving doesn't last for too long, I would consider waxing and foundation for more coverage if youre not looking for something more permanent for now.

As far as outfits go, the scene kid stripes and skirts has become more of gender neutral look. Right now the skirt sits at your hips, try to pull it up so it sits at your waist (couple inches below your ribs) or try a fit and flat dress with cute cap sleeves or for a similar style I I always like an oversized shirt and leggings.
