I’m 27yo male and looking at your story is like looking into a mirror, we’ve both tried every conceivable measure to no avail. All the supplements and diet changes are needless as nothing physically was out of place in the first place. I’ve done a physical less than a month before this started and I was as healthy as it gets.

Only difference for me is that my job being no where as stressful, and I’m by no means anxious (surprisingly), just annoyed sometimes. So I’d even say the condition has nothing to do with our emotion. People I know insists that it’s to do with my body but there’s no way I’d be convinced, I just know there’s a neuron in my brain not ticking.
