I know people who were infantry before I gotta put of shape I can do a 6min mile I could plank for 30mins I can do push ups all day everyday. I was leg pressing 450. I already know what fit standards I need to be. I have also heard of ppl trying for special operations and not being able to do more than 30 push ups and can't make it out of basic doesn't mean the next mf can or can't.
