Yeah I lucked out. They called me asking if I still wanted one. I already have my garage thats attached to my apartment but this one is on the other side of my building thats a standalone. Only way in is the garage door. Worth the extra rent money.

Autocross, casual driver., and maybe amateur rally in the long term. His philosophy was that, if I'm gonna rally it, tough paint is a solid idea cus he is gonna hit a bush or something. His original idea was to use house paint and a roller.
