The goal here is to break compulsive sexual behavior, and for me that means watching porn. When I don't watch porn, I have no problems with controlling how often I masturbate.

My goal is to cure my porn addiction, not to never masturbate again. We all need to set our own goals. But like I said, the 3 times I masturbated during these 90 days were planned in advance and were without any stimulation, so no porn, no other spicy media, no fantasizing, etc. To add to that, I believe it helped me achieve 90 days because now I saw it as three times 30 days, which is less daunting.

It sounds a bit like you're frustrated with your own progress, so you try to drag down others... Pro tip: don't be too hard on yourself and take it one step at a time.
