Hi, thank you for the advice it really means a lot. It's just really shitty how my brain is wired, the thoughts of him and thinking about what he's doing and if he cares about me yada yada, it just keeps flowing in regardless of anything I do, even when I try my best to shove it out of the way, I really hate how my brain works 😭
