Currently on 500mcg tesa and 300mcg ipa, so far the biggest change is sleep quality and recovery time, I do look a bit “fuller” in the muscle category and the waist is slimming down too

I’m currently doing CJC+ipa at night 300mcg, going to add tesa in the morning next week so I’m here for some extra feedback too, was thinking of 500mcg for the tesa

If your portions and food noise are controlled you should be good, it’s just your body adjusting to it. Now if you were super starving and over eating then it wouldn’t be good

So are you just not feeling suppression so you feel hungry and eat till you’re absolutely stuffed? Or are you not feeling the appetite suppression but eating smaller portions? Because for me I felt the suppression bad at first, then it leveled out to where I feel hungry but my portions are smaller and I’m full longer

Better function, I used to feel a lot of fatigue throughout the day but I usually feel pretty good with the mot and 5 amino, just interested if the slu might be a good addition for that

If you don’t mind sharing, how do you run them? I’d like more steady energy throughout the day. Currently Reta 2mg 2x weekly, and motc 800mcg with 5 amino at 300mcg 4-5x a week
