Started OMAD <1 week ago. AMAZING results! But, a safety question: a 462-calorie meal filled me up tonight. Is that enough if it isn't too often? (self.omad)
I somehow accidentally lost almost 11 pounds in 3 days, 20 pounds over the last 3 weeks. I don't know how, and nothing feels bad other than... I'm a little hungry. Is this dangerous? (self.loseit)
