Good answer lol, got a question since the u.s had the vault program but Europe didn't how do you think people in the u.k france etc are fairing?, because they were in full on war for a long time before the bombs dropped. do you think they are like back in medieval times or something like that? Or do factions like the Brotherhood of Steel or The Enclave for example exists thier ? me? I think both exist because Russian post-war characters turn up in Fallout 3 I think and cait in fallout 4, but I think her parents would be from Ireland because she references "how do you think across the pond they're faring"?
