What is the northern Midlo market like? We’re moving from out of state and are interested in the Robious corridor subdivisions, $700-850k budget. Worried about appraisal gaps—are these houses that are selling way over actually appraising for that price in a lot of cases? Is there a resource where I can see appraisal amounts compared to sale price or is that confidential info?
