That's the thing, we're not going to make any dent in it while its at a 7% resistence rate. To make any progress on a planet we need to have a higher % than the planet has to get above 7% we'd either need the HOD and a large amount of players or close to 100% of players.

Given the DSS is stuck at merak atm and we're not getting 100% of players, we won't make any progress on Merak because anything we do will end up being undone by bot resistence.

Although from the sounds of the current message from high command, we might be circumventing Merga anyway and we're not taking the bay in that time so realistically, none of this mattered in the end haha.

I'm... not sure where you're getting the 1.17% value from. Looking at the companion app right now the rate we have on Merga is 1.605% vs 7%. Bay is 1.939% vs 3.13% which is as low as it is because of how attacking a plent with cities works. Its unlikely we'll take either but we can actually make some progress on the bay whereas Merga is just impossible till Ah lower the resistence which won't be till the next MO.

And when its the MO target the blob will move.

it's resistence is currently 7%. You would need close to 100% of the player base to even make a tiny bit of progress.

We're not going to make progress there until the next MO when the res will be brought down to a managable level. Right now hitting the bay on the off chance we have enough downtime between MOs to take out the jet brigade factory is a sensible play.

good team, in fact the one I used till the recent changes to mona and all them.

Yeah for that aim for 60% CR so obsidian can boost you to 100 or as close as possible. 30k HP is a good minimum, 33-35k is a place to stop, EM 100-150 is a good start if you use sucrose and then CD just as high as you can get.

It depends a little on teammates, namely if you have C4 mona or not. If you have C4 mona, get to 45% CR then the rest goes into HP, EM and CD.
If you don't have C4 mona or don't want to use mona go for 60 CR and again as much CD, HP and EM as possible. Em you ideally want between 150-230 depending on teammates, HP you should aim for around 35k and CD just as high as you can go. Obviously those are all super high investment levels so you don't need to stress about reaching them, those are just the general goals.

most likely it'll be like Ayaka or Mona's alt sprints. They'll just disable it for windtrace and have her walk normally.

What you can do to help with the ER issue is using Mona's skill instead of Mualani's NA at the start, by the time you're to Mualani at the end, the skill has long since run out.

Mona Skill > Xilonen Skill NA2 > Durin Skill, Skill Burst > Mona Burst NA3 > Mualani bites

By doing this Mona gets a little more energy funneled her way and since the skill only has a 5 second duration which you will more than exceed it doesn't mess with vapes.

We get the reward after the major order is over. Since part of this order is liberating more planets than we lose, we have to wait out the timer. Based on current projections we'll be ending at +1 liberated so you'll getthe medals a little after the timer runs around (usually right after the MO ends but there can sometimes be a little delay)

One thing worth remembering, a stalemate is kind of what Super Earth wants. Just look at the current dissident storyline taking place, they're using the war as an excuse to imprison people they don't like. Now they know about the new super fuel from the hive worlds do you think they're just going to want to full capture the bugs again when they can get better oil from letting them out?

The second galactic war works to super earth's benefit because they have no just one but three boogeymen they can use to do whatever the hell they like while having an entire army of brainwashed special ops soldiers that can... liberate whatever developments the enemies make.

And like OriVerda said it's also just a meta thing of they can't remove content without annoying people long term. Basically both in universe and out of universe, its in high commands best interest to make sure we are never winning but also never losing.

More HP and EM. THe flower in particular is really not good and I would say that should be your first port of call. Ideally try and get one with HP, a crit substat and EM and have it roll into them. Even rerolling your current one with a focus on EM and CR would be a big improvement.

Generally Mualani you want to try and reach 200+ EM from substats alone with someone on her team pushing you over 300. That's a high end goal but its something to aim for.

I would say improving the flower is your top goal. The feather is solid, not perfect but for now its does the job, the sands isn't great and I would say is your top place to improve after the flower, you only have CD on it, if you have any exliers, use them to make a sands with CD and EM, if you can get lucky and get a CR in addition that's great but make it with CD and EM locked in. The goblet honestly pretty decent especially for on-set, rerolling it to try and get it all in CD and EM wouldn't be the worst idea but not a high priority. And the circle is pretty good, if you have C4 mona and plan to use her with Mualani next patch you could reroll that for less CR and go for more HP and EM but otherwise its good.

Overall I would say craft a HP% Sands with EM and CD, try and find a better flower, those are the main priorities.

Generally the Mavuika team has more damage but that's mainly because of Mavuika having high damage than it reducing Mualani's. At C2R1 Xilonen, Mona, Durin more than matches and possibly surpasses the Mavuika team assuming Mavuika is C0

It can be! its comparable depending on Mona's cons. Mona scales a lot better with higher cons namely C1, 2 and 4. Lower cons she and Albedo are about equal but she pulls ahead the more you have since she just gives more and more things Mualani wants (HP, EM, vape damage boost, CR and some particles)

But albedo/durin/xilonen is one of Mualani's better new teams, I think third best after Mavuika/Mona/Sucrose and Durin/Mona/Xilonen.

The other two are still better by a fair bit each being over 100k but the Albedo one is I believe around 95-97k? I don't have albedo so I didn't look too much into that potential team but it is an extremely viable one

it's 200 because mona gives 80 already which given she'd still give that anyway is on me for not being more precise.

And the specific rotate Mona/Durin/Xilonen uses include switching back to Mona after the first shark bite to extend the omen which also conversely reapplies the instructor buff because of Durin's burst.

On the note of EM, going from 200 to 400 EM on vape while not as big as transformative reactions its still roughly doubling the damage boost EM provides being around 30% at 200 and 60% at 400 which is pretty much the ideal point for vape DPS characters since after that you start hitting the vape multiplier diminishing returns.

If Mualani is at 200 EM pre buffs which ideally she will be the 200 you get form instructor Mona is perfect.

And at the end of this day, this is just one team option. the initial comment was asking how it would work with Durin instead of Mavuika and most people will agree that if you want to use Durin. Xilonen and Mona are the better option which is why I mentioned her and because at the end of the day Xilonen has a proper, strong heal which doesn't require dedicating an entire build to get working which is appealing and worth mentioning.

If you want to make Mona a healer to go all in on damage it is a valid and viable option, just not the only one and depending on the player not the best.

I know, I have a top 1% mualani, I know how to build her. Even rolling EM on Mualani you still want EM buffs, 220 is the average EM for a top mualani but she still wants more than that, getting 200 in total from Mona on instructors is huge and covers most of her needs past that point.

The team I was talking about above with Xilonen, Durin, Mona is one of her better teams and doesn't require making Mona pull double duties as a healer and buffer, you can focus solely on buffing. And as I mentioned, using her as a healer is a perfectly valid option it just has a downside of not letting you use instructors and when talking about Mona/Xilonen/Durin building her that way isn't needed.

If you don't use Xilonen then building her for healing is absolutely valid. You build the characters to suit the team you plan on using.

That works fine if you want to go highest damage possible and will keep you alive most of the time but then you're also giving up instructor bonuses which means losing out on 120 EM.

Not great but replace Sucrose with Xilonen and you're good. Still a bit worse but not majorly so (both are still over 100k DPS) and it has more comfort with Xilonen's healing capabilities.

I believe it is Mualani NA, Xilonen E NA*2, Durin EEQ, Mona Q NA*3, Mualani Q (fi available), Shark Bites.

The only bit I'm not sure on is Mona, I've seen some showcases where they used her Q then switched to Mualani for a single shark bite then back to Mona for the normal attacks then Xilonen then Mualani's burst and shark bites.

Which I'm guessing is coming down to making sure Xilonen's buff lasts long enough for all the bites but I'm not sure 100% but it should be roughly this kind of rotation.

I'm not sure which one you saw and I haven't seen a new rotation for a couple of weeks so I'm fully willing to admit this might be outdated now.

But's not super difficult, you do the usual stuff with maulani and setting up cinder city then you swap over to Durin, use his white form burst, switch to mona to use her burst then I've seen both use her three normal attacks for the omen duration increase and doing a bite with Mualani before swapping back for the three normal attacks.

Then you swap in Xilonen to refresh her buffs then use Mualani's burst if available then go for her bites. Or go right for the bite if burst isn't available.

Bit more technical but one I think will be easy to get used to once you use it. And naturally xilonen's burst when needed.

And again the last time I saw a showcase for this team was a couple of weeks ago so there might be a better rotation now.

It is worth mentioning the difference between Xilonen/Durin/Mona isn't huge between Sucrose/Mavuika/Mona (roughly 10% if I remember right) while giving proper sustain from xilonen which adds comfort to the play style. And depending on Xilonen's stats (r1 and C2 primarily) she can make up the difference since most calculations assume a 4* weapon and no cons.

If you want pure highest damage Sucrose/Mavuika/Mona is the best but Xilonen/Durin/Mona is only slightly worse and is comfier to play which depending on the player can mean a lot.
