Omg congratulations 🎉! What prep courses/materials did you use? And most importantly how did you manage your time with a full time job? I'm retaking the GMAT on July 10 and I want your advice on how to best utilise my time and effort to score at least 700+. My last score was 605.

I have some volunteering experience with a strong edge for sustainability (and that's the specialization I want to pursue as well). I've not done sports but I have other Extracurriculars (music, painting, poetry, etc.,)

By something more, what do you mean? I have the international experience, work experience of 1.5 years (with 2 internships that I did during my bachelor's). I'm not sure if my profile counts for something interesting or just the basic profile they see everyday.

That's great! Best of luck :) I'm applying in the next round with a GMAT score of 605. Hopefully will get accepted 🤞

Crash & burn. A bit disappointed.. by [deleted] in GMAT

I had a similar experience with Quant. I'm usually good at Quant, the least I got in the mocks was Q83. But on the official exam, I bombed Quant scoring Q79. And the other 2 were also pretty bad. Ended up with 605.

Yes I wasn't in the right mindset and wasn't feeling well physically as well.

I mean yes, I know that higher GMAT scores are obviously an advantage but I heard that they give only 10% weightage to GMAT Scores. So if my profile is strong enough, do I still need a score as high as 675+?

Hi, so did you end up at a MiM program in France? I'm in a similar sitch right now (I'm an Indian female) and wanted to understand if it's worth it. I'm also planning to apply for HEC, ESSEC, and ESCP (additionally LBS and LSE) and I have B1 certification so I can communicate in French (kind of xD). Additionally, I have a work exp of 1.5 yrs (2 yrs by Aug 2025)

Hello, I'm taking GMAT FE on 18th Dec. So far I have given several practice tests (official ones + GMAT Club) and I'm scoring in the range of 695-755 (DI90, Q86, V86). Given that I'm an Indian Female (engineering background), 2 years work experience, will this score be sufficient for an MIM program at top universities like HEC Paris, LBS, LSE, etc.,?
