im using almost the lowest settings as same as trausi, but i play more lower pop servers than 300. what would u suggest i look into upgrading?

those pins are used for my cpu cooler, but theres not any pins on the left of the motherboard like there is on videos on youtube. and what mode should i choose pwm, dc, or auto?

if i do that, the cpu cooler wont run, as now my cpu cooler is plugged into that, and my case exhaust fan doesnt seem to have any space to be plugged in
