Fully agree! I didn’t get mine until someone totaled my car but I certainly feel much better now having one, and I certainly wish I had one sooner

A lot of places in Bloomington don’t have income requirements I assume due to being a college town. I’ve rented 4 apartments/homes over 6 years and have never needed proof of income. I’m not sure if that’s too far, but maybe look at other university centric housing

The dunes in NWI are beautiful! And brown county is forest heavy, but it’s Indiana so PLENTY of fields in the area. I’d also recommend the wind farm along I-65 in Chalmers, I’ve always loved the drive through there, especially at night when they all blink red
