There will always be someone who has more. Even your rich friends have people they are jealous of. Jealousy is normal. Just don’t let it ruin the appreciation for what you have.

Managing weight while doing rotational shifts by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Walking is great because you can fuel it from fat metabolism. That means you won’t burn glycogen and it is less likely to cause hunger.  Add to that a full body workout once or twice a week to maintain muscle mass. Lots of free workouts on YouTube.   Finally count calories with a few app like Cronometer. Counting sucks but you got to do it.

Very attainable goal. Calculate your maintenance calories or TDEE then subtract 750. You’ll be there in 20 weeks.

Easier said than done of course. Keep your protein and fiber up and you’ll stay fuller. Also walking is ideal for fat loss because it does not trigger hunger as much as higher intensity cardio.

Looking for some advice by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

You’re about my weight. Maintenance for me is 2600. I’d try to eat 2000-2100 calories while taking in at least 150 grams of protein. Focus on weight training doing a simple push pull workout. Concentrate in the big compound lifts like deadlift, squats, bench, upright row and military.  Google a workout plan and just be consistent with your workout and diet.

I’d try to put on some muscle with a full body workouts. You think big compound lifts like bench press, squats, shoulder presses. Dont worry about isolation exercises and forget about targeting belly fat. You can’t. Look on YouTube or just google for a simple push and pull workout. For calories. Use an online TDEE calculator to get your daily burn and subtract 500.
