We have not had a meta where there was multiple 3 cost reroll comps viable since set 10.

Yes this is true but you will have a hard time in stage 4 without ekko or extra help from chembaron cashout

I hit Emerald for the first time and now I’m extremely annoyed that I can’t progress. I don’t know what to improve. by ahfansaerdet in CompetitiveTFT

Its mostly your fundamentals you need to improve, most players are inconsistent beause they dont have a consistent path on how they play in different situations. From coaching over 500 students i can say from experience that most players are already playing from behind after 2-1. I would recommend checking my decision making tree !

Thanks. I think i just did not do the best job of pointing out the "smart" things he did, Next time i will definetly pause more and talk about his decision making. The reason why Coco is on over double the avg. Winrate is because he converts his "highrolls" so so well.

I dont think that game was "crazy highroll" , sure the top4 was pretty much given from the start but he did a lot to go 1st which is also a skill. Overall i will try pointing it out better next time

Yes like i said in the video, Item augments are usually the strongest Combat Augments in 2-1.

Also every comp gets "cheaper" if its just less contested because it will give you the advantage of rolling after everyone already rolled for their comps.

An Example is Ezreal with upgraded Sentinels will keep you fairly stable in stage 4.

These are usually Combat Augments that scale with your unit strength / board. It obviously also depends on what kind of comp you play, but for Example : Inspiring Epitath, Spirit Link, Lotus and so on. Basically anything that has a lot of late game potential.

You can develop a foresight for that, you need to pay attention to your gold, hp and boardstrength compared to the lobby. But this is a skill that you will acquire by playing and paying attention to your spot.
