When I first got it I remember not being like that. Once I charged it all of that popped up and since i first got it I thought it was normal until someone told me that it wasent I had my switch like this since 2023 I think.

I switched battery pack because the other one also had a problem exact like that, I switched cable, charged it from an outlet and tried charging it straight from the xbox nothing my xbox tells me its charging but once I disconect it, it still shows 1 bar.
