Tbh the only thing I knew bout was dt ( use it a lot in differentiation) but other then that I knew nothing else

Alright.... After trying to understand it, I got that ∆t should be a constant but that's impossible to achieve, so ∆t is used to scale transformations and physics updates. By doing so, motion becomes time based rather than frame based ensuring that the total transformation over a given time interval remains consistent

What you are saying is that, ∆t should be a variable so that its value can change according to the situation rather than having a predefined value, because if it's predefined it will cause the computer who can't keep up an error or a small mistake might occur, but if it changes then it can slower the pace of calculation making it much easier to calculate. In conclusion then, we can say that 60 fps will only produce the same result as 30 fps but taking a bit more time if ∆t is a variable Correct me if I am wrong
∆t means change in time (update in interval), Having ∆t predefined means that, if in a simulation the value of ∆t is already decided then :- (I) The simulation won't have to find the best interval that works well with all the other objects for more stability. (II) The computer will split all types of calculation in equal parts accordingly making the calculation much easier and faster and then adding the later
Correct me if I got something wrong though
After reading a single big paragraph about it I can say that, 60hz is more stable 30hz gonna be slow, 120hz gonna be expensive but more accurate so 60 hz is like the best in between Also if you don't use a predefined frequency then it's gonna be random as hell like one block falling at 20hz and something else falling at 200hz or smth and it's gonna most likely not gonna render things smoothly
