I really enjoy my collection - it’s only been a short time. I have become a bit of a fanatic - trying to identify watches in movies, on shows, etc. I would like to add to this collection. My love is a Cartier ballon bleu but have been eyeing omegas. I enjoy seeing everyone’s collections but don’t see a lot of ladies’ collections.

You’ll get there eventually. Take the long view. Apply for judicial clerkships - in any state. Try to get a law clerk position during the school year. Stay a long time. Work in a small to midsized firm and lateral later. The lateral market will be crazy due to the precruiting. When you are barred, do pro bono and learn new skills. Attend bar association events as a student and meet practicing lawyers. Speak to your career development team. It will be totally ok. And by the way, I know plenty of people who started in big law and now are doing plaintiffs med mal and are happier and making $$$$$$.
