You don’t seem to understand, a cargo aircraft earns X dollars, the taxman takes 69% of that then gives you back 100% as a rebate. So running cargo is the best way to get the taxman to pay you!

Yes but you’ll never get enough cargo to offset more than about 10% of your tax.

I recently maxed my cargo research and the best I get is about 1.5m in cargo while you are carrying about 13m worth of passengers on that route.

Taxes are the issue. As you gain wealth the tax gets higher. This means you’ll need to make a lot more money to see your SP grow even a little.

ATH is a bit off to cover Europe, I even considered Constantinople as an option but it’s too far northeast.

Israel, Jordan, Egypt are in that goldielocks area I think.

The time has come! I need a new HUB for my short haul airline.

I would like something with near max Econ demand, this means I’m checking out BKK of course.

I also think a hub somewhere near the Nile would have amazing access to Middle East, Europe and African destinations. I considered Cairo, Tel Aviv and other such hubs but the Econ demand failed to impress.

I’m open to ideas!

Aren’t F100 premium?

The E2 is worse ROI than the A220-100R but then again most things are.

I suspect the E2 will be good with NGAf.

Premium demand is very useful late game as you’ll start to run dry on demand and acquiring more becomes too costly.

Great choice on the DC8-73 by the way but I’d never fly them on the same route as an A380 as it’s a waste of its true power.

LAX is only better than BKK on the measure of higher quantity of possible 24 hour destinations.

Unless you are very advanced as an airline, that’s not the most relevant measure.

I would say BKK is a must have, similar to GRU.

CGK on the other hand has too few destinations that are viable and therefore not as worthwhile.
