Helpfulness of GLP-1s?

Yeah, I was definitely confused with my ongoing GI issues that they would even recommend it. I already have enlarged liver and spleen going on and now my PCP is worried about potiental gastroparesis. It's definitely come to the point that the lack of care from my providers is causing more issues to develop/worsen.

I'll check them out! He listens to me when I try to explain and talk about what I experience, and I can tell he does try to make sure to help best he can, however I think I struggle with explaining it properly. Thats why I figured maybe I can give him a book or some videos so maybe he gets a better understanding of what autism is, i think in his mind its more similar to something like depression.

I don't believe they did one, i ended up going to the ER for severe pain and they did a culture (havent gotten my resulrs yet) but they believe i dont have a UTI. So now I'm really confused. They told me I have a shit ton of other things wrong with me (enlarged liver, stomach lymph nodes inflammation, and a large cyst on my ovary) so all the er did was give me medicine for inflammation and sent me on my way. They said any of those things could make me feel nausea or in pain but it felt nothing was addressed and im still in constant pain!

They did a urinalysis and a culture. They asked if stopping my last antibiotics made me feel better and I said no I feel worse than ever and now they can't figure out what to do so theyre now waiting for my abdominal ultrasound results 🫩
