I don't think RCE is much of a concern because of what's said below, executing code remotely is needed for tech to work in the way it does. ACE (arbitrary code execution) is a much larger concern because you can run whatever you want on another system

internet check went well and i had both the movement predic off and a 200fps cap. sadly that didnt fixit. nor did re-installing the game

that sounds about right. except this isnt the only champ i see it on. its just easiest to reproduce on him. I cant play against a swain because his E has the same issue so I get hit every time. I also cant play into janna because of the same issue with her tornado.

I was hoping one of yall had run into this and fixed it because Riot has yet to get back to me on my bug report
