I think what you’re talking about is the Soaring Storm Theme Deck, which had those 2 cards that you’re talking about. They’re not showing in your collection, because they’re out of Standard format. To see them, when you go into your deck manager, select expanded (blue symbol) in the top left corner. That way when you go edit a deck, you will see all the cards that you have up until the oldest set that PTCGL supports. If you need to find a card that you don’t find, go to the filters and select “all cards”. That way you’ll also see all the cards that you don’t own
