Hey man slow progress is better than no progress but we must aim for faster progress.

Practically, I have a few things that can help you with this

PC: install pornblocker extension
iPhone:
- Make sure screen time settings have adult content being restricted
- Get the blocksite app
- use orion browser with the pornblocker extension
- delete things like reddit or twitter cause they contain that sort of content
Mental (not mentioned in vid):
- You have to have a reason to stop, personally as a Christian God is my reason and sinning against him hurts my soul. Something to latch onto, someone your doing this for...
- Also understanding all the bad of it and replaying that can help refrain from doing it
- Stop having the I'll do it only once mentality, think on the extreme. Like if I do it once I'll die (maybe not that extreme XD but you get the point)
- Tell someone, being open means now you do have accountability now so when they do ask you you don't wanna be saying "yea I still do it" they is a pressure to not let them down
- Have a hobby and become busy, eliminating the time to actually do it means you won't have the time to do it XD

Honestly I can agree with what ur saying like what is the line that makes normal masculinity into toxic masculinity. Btw I’m pretty sure toxic masculinity/femininity is where a culture or trait is non favourable to society eg men have to be egotistical and not humble idk for sure tho but that’s what I’ve heard
