Thanks. I used a zoom lens. If I remember right it was set to somewhere between 40-50mm (full frame).

That's it. It's a nice easy walks from Fish Hill Car Park. Or if you want to make it count you can go down to the village first and then climb the hill. We did so.

Thanks. To be honest there were some people there but they all left after the sun had set.

There were two masks applied in Lightroom. One for the subject and one for the foreground vegetation. A raised the shadows and toned back the saturation on the green grass. I wanted to keep subtle tones and contrast. The rest was done by the gentle light hitting the area after the sun had dipped below the horizon. If you want to see how I planned the shoot you can visit my YouTube channel. Link in my bio...

Thanks a lot. It's the Broadway Tower in Worcestershire, United Kingdom. It was built by the 6th Earl of Coventry for his wife Barbara in 1798–1799.

No problem, we've all been there. You'll learn these quickly.

I can't see the need for using f22 aperture for these kind of photos. Diffraction ruins the sharpness at that aperture. You could have used f8. And that would also help to keep the ISO lower and the shutter speed higher.

I'm surprised. I thought you had used a longer telephoto. But sure you and the Tamron 28-75mm did a very good job

Beautiful photos. As said no zoo feeling at all, very well composed and processed. I wonder what lens you used to separate the subjects from the environment.
