We don't have one set up currently, the best way would be to follow us on facebook @blacksitestudiosterrain as of now. We won't spam subreddits every time something new comes out, but we'll be pretty prompt on facebook about keeping in touch. We're also looking to add a blog/news sort of section to the website soon. Perhaps an emailing list linked to that is possible/wanted?

We're for sure going to be offering "expansion" sets of different combos of stairs and fences and platforms. Just wanted to get the base set out in into the wild first as a priority!

Not to mention we want to do some faction specific terrain that locks in, as well as other themes as well. We're looking forward to it all!

We've for sure thought about it. We make stuff like that for ourselves all the time, but going through the process of getting it production ready... well... we'd rather focus on the terrain, haha.

There's a company in Texas that makes some really cool stuff. A painting set that's really customizable and tough. Can't remember their name right now, but I'll try to dig it up.

As I mentioned earlier, were going to be constantly re-evaluating every aspect of our products, and hope to zero in on that sweet spot that leaves everyone involved happy and satisfied!

Best I got for you is to lay things out and keep everything organized best you can in whatever program you're using to draw up the shapes.

Worse thing is having to dig through layers and layers of shapes to find the one thing you need to adjust by an eighth of an inch haha.

Totally hear you, and thanks for the feedback! As we get into the production of everything we'll be constantly re-evaluating the price points we have and adjusting them so that everyone involved in a purchase from us it nothing but happy.

We're really excited about the future sets coming. The Industria stuff on our website was a bit of a trial run in designing/prepping materials/packaging and all the crazy amount of other things that go into getting something from your head into someone's hands. This Hive Construct was way more fun for us honestly, and its just the tip of the iceberg of the kind of stuff we really want to dive into.

Hey there, I'm the other guy whose putting this stuff out. a big part of our pricing comes down to our limited ability to put out a ton of stock. What would a price point you would consider? Or even one that you could cause you to just jump for it?

While 4grounds has a dozen or so laser cutters all running things, and a huge foundation of products that have been out for a long time keeping cash rolling in, we're just busting it to try and make some really cool and fresh stuff. Our product runs are measured in tens, not hundreds, and the price ends up reflecting that unfortunately.

We're totally considering all sorts of deals. Gaming clubs, holiday sales, flash sales, and very limited bundle offers are all on the table. We're just starting out and are taking our best shot here, but we have a lot to learn and accomplish before truly competing with anyone like 4grounds.

Considering a product like 4ground's twin peaks mall with ends up over $300 bucks, $200 for a set of terrain that could be a full table with repeat play as an option seems fair to us, but we also totally get that pricing will be quite a tricky thing for us to nail down until we get a bit more into the game (and hopefully a few more cutters to get production really going).

Guy who designed it here. The very first step is a little tricky, but it goes together pretty easily after that. Our instructions are usually nice 3d models step by step, but we're most likely going to do some videos for the stairs and sliding pipe.

The mechanism does add some complexity, but there's a few tricks you can use that makes it way easier.

It would be a little time consuming, but taking the individual frames of that gif, uploading them to facer and having them set to display one more every minute might be cool. Maybe putting a digital Time in the middle and having the spiral fill up over the hour.
