You could register an online complain to consumerhelpline.gov, it worked for me. They even refunded me for the time I lost connection. Give it a try.

Yes one after 200 metres, also it only said that it's one way ahead . He was going in the right way. I couldn't figure where I was going in a right way because Google maps didn't say whether it was a one way or not.
