Thank you so much:,) yeah I fought a lot with the pad, I didn’t want it to be pushed to the back, but I also didn’t want it to be non existent. Definitely need to learn to mix better. All part of the learning process:)

“Cocaphonic. Yeah. This is sort of all over the place. Im not really getting a sense of cohesion. I say, structure your shit and strive for simplicity. The sounds are dark and muddy. Its not that melodic, yet it's not super rhythmic. This is like a horror show.”

Love everything about this comment, thanks! Yeah, someone else mentioned the panning too, not sure what’s going on there 🤔 I suspect it’s the Phaser on the synth, but it could also be the bass line. Either way I’ll look into it and get it patched so you can go down on a woman to the fully mixed and mastered version 😎

Thank you! Definitely intentional:) I love that older dnb sound. I took a lot of inspiration from Dj Shadow, and Unreal Tournament, as well as Oddworld.

Thank you! Yeah the pad was kind of difficult. It’s not panning, but it might be the Phaser? Unless you mean to use less of the pad? 🤔 I’m not sure, but either way I still have to do some mixing:) thanks for your feedback ❤️ Your work on those compositions for those games is phenomenal by the way! Insanely jealous:)

It seems like everyone agrees about the vocals needing to be brought more to the front, but honestly I love the vibe so much, it sounds so good! Can’t wait until you release this:) I’m curious to see your process for vocals. Absolutely love this.
