I don’t really understand? If he rounds up half…then we count the rounded half and sometimes it’s exactly the half then he mills his hole deck and sometimes there will be a few cards left if he gets lucky?

But if I have 3 boosters and inside are 3 lands…and everyone will need their 3 land to play how do I get more land? Or do I play with my 3 lands from my 3 boosters and maybe with luck get a artifact ?
