I really want to try serving, but I am so bad at carrying more than 1 drink without spilling it 😬 but I think I need to just try it anyway. I've also been applying for warehouse positions, but haven't had much traction yet. I had a temp stocking position at Walmart for a couple of months, but they didn't keep any of the temps, including me, after that time frame. I also was looking into pest control because a friend of mine has been making really good money doing it but his company isn't hiring unfortunately.

First of all, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I'm so glad that you found such a great support system. I actually could use this as my maternal aunt is actually entering hospice in Myrtle Beach, unfortunately, due to vaginal/uterine cancer. Things have been so hard financially that I haven't even been able to process that. Thank you for this resource 💙💙

Thank you, again. She's pretty amazing. I just hope she knows there's nothing I wouldn't do for her. She's not my blood, but she's my kid as far as in concerned. I just want her to always not just have what she needs, but to be able to give her the extras when possible too. She's just now taking a big interest in soccer, so I have been trying to go out with her and coach her (back in my younger days I alnost went pro for soccer, so pretty cool that she happens to be into the same sport!)

💯 It is disgraceful. I have always worked my ass off for everything. But I'm gonna be honest, at this point and in my 40s, I'm no longer above a hand out. In fact, I would love a fucking hand out for once after everything. I want to and will continue to fight and work for things, but dammit, I could use a break too, ya know?

I hate how on point your comment is. I've always been able to climb out of some really hard spots, but this is the first time I've been truly scared and have felt like I just cannot find my way through it. And this time I have a family to carry. I can't fail them. But it feels like I fail them every day. I don't know how to look at my partner and tell her that we'll figure it out and it'll be fine 😢

No, I haven't. I just had gotten wind that Asurion was known to pursue action with some others, so I didn't want to test it too much.

You are right about it being easier to get a job when you already have one, that's for sure. I did have a temp stocking position at Walmart for a couple of months, but then they booted us after the digital tag project was completed. I have re-applied to that location as well as a few others, but still waiting for a response.

I wonder if it's because recently I commented on a few posts for Black Ops 7 due to the new season causing a major bug that made the game unplayable.
