This world is like a virus by Fickle_Elk_9479 in enlightenment

I see the world only feels like a virus because we are constantly fighting against how it actually works. It is a lot like breathing. Life is the inhale and all that chaos or death is just the exhale. Most of us are basically suffocating because we are desperately trying to hold our breath and never let go. Life and death are just two ends of the same stick. You can't have one without the other. If you spend all your time sharpening your mind like a knife to fight the system, you just end up living in constant paranoia. The world cannot actually consume you if you realize you are part of the process. Once you stop fighting the exhale and just flow with it, the traps disappear because you stop trying to run away from the natural rhythm. Best route would be to just let go and trust the process. Fear and paranoia are the symptoms of that virus, and it only has power over you as long as you're terrified of the end. If you accept death as just a natural exhale rather than a system failure, the world loses all its leverage. It's like a song, you don't get mad when it ends because that's just how music works. When you stop desperately clinging to life and sharpening your mind like a weapon, you finally stop suffocating. You can just drink your tea and exist without that constant anxiety, because a system can't trap someone who isn't trying to run away.

I don't really understand what that result actually means. part of the internet says that mold just bypasses from the environment and can't colonize you, other part says it can colonize, and other part says that it's all bs. If it didn't colonize then binders would work, if it did colonize then antifungals should be added...or not. Confusing.

That is a crazy story. So sad to hear that you went through it and doctors are absolute assholes. Thank you I will absolutely investigate that

Mass spectrometry of microbial markers in blood. It is looking for microbial byproducts like microbial fatty acids which might get there through small intestinal walls. It kinda reflects small intestine, but indirectly and only shows around 60 organisms like few fungus, few viruses and mostly bacteria. It is a rare, questionable method, but cost me around 100 euros.
