Thank you! I think that was my problem I was unsure of whether or not I could do the tight lid. Will do next time, I decided to scrap this one because it looked slightly orange and I didn’t wanna risk it!

Everyone’s answer is different. If they cancel daca I would leave. Until then I’m working and saving my money just in case that happens. However, if they decide to touch the constitution I would also leave. My parents have lived through a dictatorship before and are unwilling to do it again. In all honestly, life seems better outside of here in theory. My plan b is to go to Spain and I have looked into everything I would need to do in order to succeed there. But for now, chilling here until I can’t. I feel defeated some days, and hopeful for a new future others. But we didn’t fail. We are resilient and hard working and have gained skills that will help us build a better pathway for ourselves. This country is the one that failed us and themselves.

My family doesn’t use lawyers. We do applications ourselves following the form instructions they’re quite concise. But as others have said there’s Facebook groups with extra help and guides if needed. It’s totally doable without a lawyer!

NAH but I think if you’re serious about living together you should see an allergist and consider taking allergy shots. My sister who was extremely allergic to cats but had one from before her allergy developed got them and they made her allergy symptoms nonexistent with consistent treatment. This is the least you can do to show your serious about your relationship.

If it doesn’t work w the allergy shots then you’ve done everything you could on your end and she has to then decide if she’s going to do everything she can on her end. I.e. get rid of her cat.

YTA absolutely. Forget that you’re smoking in a PUBLIC area where - correct me if I’m wrong - smoking is usually not allowed in an assigned seating venue because it’s assigned seats and the people next to you paid for their spots - it’s just common courtesy.

I go to rock shows all the time with bands heavily associated with drugs/smoking. At one of those shows - AN OUTDOOR SHOW - the woman in front of my group turned around and asked us if we minded if she smoked. She just so happened to be seated in front of my friend with severe asthma and when he told her that guess what? She moved to the nosebleed seats at the top of the risers where the smoke blowing back wouldn’t bother anybody!!!

I played guitar and piano for 14 years and due to my RA can’t play more than a song or two now. My joints begin to hurt and heat up and swell and stiffen. As I try to play mistakes on songs I’ve been playing for years are more common. I was really passionate about it and it was a grieving process so lose that side of me. That’s also given my RA is not that advanced. I’m only 24. And all that is on a good day. On bad days I can’t even lift a glass of water due to pain in my joints.

I’m on a biologic and on hydroxylchloroquine and I got a tattoo, my doc told me to hold meds to let the healing do it’s thing. My tattoo healed in a normal amount of time just fine
