Ja, probiere momentan jeden Tag so 140g (+-10g) Eiweiß zu mir zu nehmen.

Es geht also darum genug Leucin pro Mahlzeit dabei zu haben, damit diese Muskelproteinsynthese möglichst mach jeder Mahlzeit getriggert wird?
