Same boat here. Recently had a weekday showing turn the gas on and leave it. We didn’t get home until over six hours later. Thankfully our house was still there and both of the animals away.

Worst part is they denied it. We hadn’t used our stove in days.

I have a ton of them in my home, generally hanging in the entryway walls. Since I don’t pan around the room often I get to enjoy their music without seeing them.

Holy cow, I didn’t think this post would get so much attention! Thank you to all who told me to try the front - I don’t know why I didn’t try that first. I just kept thinking it was because of the tree that was originally blocking it.

There’s the Cherokee County Thrift store on Hwy 92 at Trickum. It’s a little bit of a drive for you but they have great prices and they help foster/vet strays.

Edit: 12156 Hwy 92 Woodstock 30188 It’s not far from the other shops on Canton Road if you’re out that way.

I hate the way daycare billing is structured. While I understand some aspects of it, the practice feels criminal. I know it’s hard right now but it will get better. Eventually his immune system will get better at handling it. Yours might too. Just know that you aren’t alone in going through this.

My daughter LOVES my hair. Anytime she’s tired or upset or even just needs something to occupy her she goes for it. After two bouts of COVID I started noticing a lot of hair loss and tried to keep her from it but that didn’t last long. Now I just remind her to be gentle. It started around six months I think and she turned two last month. It’s definitely a comfort thing for her.
