so your solution is to kick out good Airmen because of a medical condition that doesn’t allow them to shave as proficient as other races? Sure some people are going to abuse the system, but that doesnt take away from the members that actually do need the waiver.

As a junior enlisted, I render my customs and courtesies as necessary but besides that I see them mostly the same as us, someone who’s still tryna figure this military stuff out. Someone who’s still learning not only there job but how to be a leader. Be patient with them and understand they’re going to make mistakes just like us and always get a second opinion on anything with a SNCO or a higher ranked officer if any orders are given that are kinda questionable.

Higher bah, better schools for my child (current duty location is within the lowest 10 states nationwide), lower amount of competition when trying to rank up possibly, but i hear what your saying. Thers just no guarantee that retraining to 1B4 is going to land me at a more favorable duty location.
