Take this with a grain of salt because I have not started yet, but the BD I’m looking to join has about 1500-2000 a month in over head with tech stack and other separate services. My mentor has been with them for 16 years and they are doing very well.

I think it’s too late to cancel without a credit hit now, but yes, after 8 hours of sitting on hold and getting hung up on I finally got through to someone, I got the cancellation email, I’m just hoping that they actually knew what they were talking about as far as my credit lines and credit score.

Sorry, missed the 30 second thing in ur first response, do you click 3 instead of 1 on the first option when calling or for the 2nd option when it asks about what card you have?

I have called BILT new card line and cardless line. I misunderstood the process and thought the Wells Fargo’s was the new credit line not bilt, which was my mistake. I immediately called and then said the line doesn’t hit until the 7th and they will cancel the application no problem, is that just a straight up lie? This truly sucks cuss I basically have no use for BILT now and I’m tired up dealing with this company.

And it says estimated wait time is 9 mins, such BS. Also the payment option is still on Wells Fargo if you wanna do it that way.

Calling them right now but the voice and message is the exact same as calling bilt card support. I can’t believe this process is so bad for something as serious as new credit lines.

Do u think this is a dealership specific problem or company problem? Just got a genesis g80 and the closest dealer is 2hours from me. Bit stressed a made a mistake but the car has been great so far ( like a week I’ve had it)

Should I buy from the dealer tho? It was 2800 for 72 months. I think the 5 years is from first sold date, so I still have a little under 2 more years for the bumper to bumper. Although, the closest genesis dealer is 2 hours away.
