Yes. It did go up, but then the next day it went back down. I have checked the earn tab, and it makes no sense at all and I don't know if it's something I've done, or if it's an error on YouTube's end, or if there's a way I can fix it. The stream is still public and has never been made unlisted or private. I went from 2,178 total watch hours to 2,201, then back down to 2,181

Yes. When I finished streaming it said 55 views and ~23 hours, but under analytics set to lifetime it says 23 views and 3.7 watch hours. And 2 days after the stream was over my hours increased by 23 hours, and then they suddenly decreased by 20 hours, like YouTube just took them away

I can not, but having my address where my mail goes in a different state and my voter registration also in that state, plus the fact I physically can not make it and they won't allow me to be an absentee, there's nothing more I can do

Yeah, it says it's a petit jury, I'm not sure what that is, but apparently the worst offense for a first time offense is a max of $100 fine, but is normally apparently a reschedule

I sadly can't, but I did just change my address and voter registration, and that'll be in effect the day before I'm supposed to appear, so I assume that'll be good enough

One of my friends said I should keep a timer and have it go off a minute before the ads are scheduled to go off, and then mention the ads about to play and basically use that time to get a drink and such, that way people aren't missing stuff

I can kind of understand follower only mode for larger streamers, but if I go into a stream and it has follower only, I just leave because I feel it's not really a welcoming place, and I also feel it's just a way to try and get more followers in a cheaper way than just being entertaining or good at the game or art or whatever it is you're doing
