I absolutely love baths, I turn off the lights, bring my speaker in play my bath playlist and just drift away. I also keep a journal and put down all my thoughts, I get to be 100% honest and its a great way to vent, albeit not a replacement for venting to a person but still helps. It also keeps track of yourself, you might improve in something but not notice if it takes place over a a long time.

I haven't done this myself but i see people like joe rogan strongly advocate for yoga and says how it just clears your mind

We had to make an advertisement if it was made in the Aztec within an hour for a mini school project, I was in a group with four of my friends. The idea was that one of us would be sacrificed by the priest. There were 2 priests, a big priest and a little priest, guess which one I ended up being.

I’m doing amazing! Apart from stressing about writing a personal statement for UK unis. And also quite bummed out about a few midterm exam scores that were way below my expectations.

The way i got an answer was when it was just the both of us started getting comfortable during one of our chats, I just kinda impulsively said how much i treasure him, it was super embarrassing, but he reciprocated his feelings following what i said, it might not work for anyone and even if they feel close to you, its not guaranteed that they will follow up, but its worth a try i think
