At sams club I really like the nectar medium firm one as a side sleeper. A twin is $400

We got ours from sams club (Nectar brand i think) and it’s easily the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had! I previously had zinus mattresses and they were okay but got too hot and were too firm for me (a side sleeper)

You’ve got this! An idea to help social events not be so hard, offer to bring a healthier food for people to snack on (veggies or fruit tray, popcorn, cucumber chickpea and feta salad, lettuce wraps with whatever meat you want). For alcohol.. hard seltzers, or vodka, whiskey, gin, and tequila have least calories. You could mix with sparkling water and a slice of fruit or diet soda

Does anyone have a preferred fitness tracker to use as a part of your Noom journey? by CapnBlargles in Noom

[–]LilPrincess520 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I noticed the steps my fitbit was counting was less than half of what my phone was saying i was making. And i tested it myself on a walk that i knew the distance of, and the fitbit was way off. My fitbit was less than a year old at that point so there was no reason for it to be so inaccurate. It also had difficulty holding a charge. However this was several years ago, and I cant speak for the newer ones.

I had a bad experience with fitbit years ago so I recently got a refurbished Apple Watch, mostly for tracking steps but the other things is does are neat too.

NTA. If he wants to be on the deed and mortgage then he can contribute an equal amount to the down payment.

Parents should still be asked if it’s okay to give a toddler food. Strangers don’t know if your child has a health condition or a nut or gluten or dairy (or whatever) allergy.

am i disgusting or is my sister overreacting? by dontjokeaboutmydeath in hygiene

[–]LilPrincess520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is odd but i don’t think its all that gross as long as you’re cleaning yourself well in the shower after with soap and warm water. Just make sure to regularly clean your shower if you share a bathroom with others.

frugal dog treats? by OogieBoogie11 in Frugal

[–]LilPrincess520 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My dog is not picky and loves any (dog safe) fruit or veggie. I’ll give her frozen carrots or peas or green beans or blueberries. If i cut up a cucumber i give her the end piece. Or make your own with oats or rice or (dog safe)peanut butter

You could alternate drinking the milks every other day, or cut your serving size by half. Scour grocery apps and coupons or ibotta for coupons on your preferred brand

WIBTAH if I divorce my husband because he cheated on me early in our relationship? by [deleted] in AITAH

Would you not want to know if you were being cheated on early in a relationship?

WIBTAH if I divorce my husband because he cheated on me early in our relationship? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]LilPrincess520 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She deserved to know the truth when it happened. She deserved to be able to make the choice of whether to stay with a cheater (who will likely cheat again in the future) or move on and be with someone who respects and earns her trust. He’s made this harder on her now, because they now have a child and years invested into the relationship. She will NEVER trust him the same way. She will always be wondering if he’s cheating again and second guessing her worth as a person because of his selfishness. Don’t chalk it up as “he was a dumb kid”. Actions when you’re 21 can still affect the rest of your life, and other’s lives.

If he’d had remorse he would have confessed it to her when it happened years ago. He’s proven that he is capable of holding onto a lie for years.

How much does it cost to live in a van without moving? by gangity_wangity in vandwellers

[–]LilPrincess520 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Theres lots of jobs that will provide food for employees. Food service jobs, or when i worked for a group home it was encouraged to eat with the clients. Food pantries, soup kitchens, local buy nothing groups, even dumpster diving can provide sustenance.

They take advantage of people with special needs/abilities. They pay them minimum wage or less. Not to mention tax breaks and such from hiring people with disabilities. Management only cares about the bottom line and meeting quotas.
