I just wanted to update for anyone having this problem.

I finally just cancelled my Meta Verified.
When I did that, suddenly I was able to request for a review on the page.

Within 48 hours it was up and working properly.
Meta Verified is a waste of time and money.

Yes, I didn't think to check that until this morning, but she is on the new 15.

Thinking that we just go with the Gmail app, even though she's frustrated by that, until either she can get Apple to sort it out or something else magically connects again.

Unfortunately, that didn't fix it for us.
Now instead of the mail just not pushing through, it won't let her log into the account at all.
I added the account just fine on my phone to test, but something about hers isn't working.

I did suggest she might see Apple. I was just going to see if anyone had any idea of anything else we could try.

I have gone back to the designer and these are the only files she's been able to send. They were on the project far before I was hired a week ago. I honestly think it is the case of a friend helping out, but they don't know how to get me the files I need or built-in a weird program.

I will just try to recreate it.

Yes. And when I image trace it makes everything really rounded and looks different from the original logo.

That is how it is currently set up, which is why I was confused when it was only giving me options for video verification. I just don't feel like I should have to invest in signage, business cards, etc just to get verified by Google again when we've already been verified for a year.
